Duties/Responsibilities: phone technical support for multi-axes CNC equipment. Customer Training. Spare parts identification and recommendation. Recommend field service team. Technical Documentation and Information Management. Reading and understanding of schematics (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic) and various software applications/operating systems. Attention to detail and software application proficiency are important in managing customer information so that other parts of the business can function effectively in providing world class customer service. Highly developed analytical skills are necessary in order to minimize response time and increase customer satisfaction. Travel for training to Italy (approx. 3 weeks/year). Travel to job sites will be required sometimes. Essential software applications expertise: Microsoft Office Professional. Database/Information Management, BOM management, Italian to English translation, Metric / English System. He will report to the Service Manager of Ficep Corporation.
