Project Engineer
The following points are mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial or manufacturing engineering
- Experience with existing manufacturing technologies - extrusion, schedule, converting, finishing and packaging
- "Green Belt" certification, "Black Belt" a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Minitab
Professional skills
- Professional experience in a thermoforming, rigid or flexible film, non-woven, and / or polymer blend environment.
- High level of mechanical aptitude and the desire to work in a manufacturing environment for long periods
- Ability to ensure the safe deployment of machines, processes, methods and / or tooling technologies with an efficiency of 99% . - Ability to perform continuous improvement activities using tools such as: "Lean, Six Sigma, RCA, SPC, Doe, Kaizen, etc."; for reducing costs, improving quality, improving efficiency, and improving material flow
- Operational skills
- Quality oriented and attention to detail
- Continuous improvement and process improvement
- Lean Management skills and proven success in using Lean tools
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
