

OHS prevention advisor
The job in a flash :
We are looking for an OHS prevention advisor for our client. This OSH prevention advisor will be a pillar within the team.
As a member of a dynamic group, his main role will be to increase and maintain high standards of industrial hygiene and safety at work.
The incumbent of this position will have to be 70% "on the floor", and 30% at his desk. According to our client, it is through a practically continuous presence with the employees that the involvement of the workers will be increased and will therefore lead to a continuous improvement of the OHS report.
Professional skills
• Hold a bachelor degree in human resources related to the prevention and management of OHS
• Knowledge of applicable legislation (LSST and RSST)
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably unionized.
• Excellent knowledge of the Windows environment, Excel and Word
• Have the ability to apply and enforce HACCP and SQF procedures
• Have the ability to keep statistics relevant to OHS up-to-date and to follow up on work-related accident files
• Have the ability to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
